What goes in every bánh mì
Nothing is pre-made and sitting on a shelf. The baguette goes in the oven, the fillings go on after, and it's wrapped for pickup or delivery.
- The baguette
- Toasted to order, and we ask every time: soft, medium or crunchy.
- Spread
- House mayo and pâté, laid down first so the bread stays crisp.
- The filling
- Grilled pork, lemongrass beef, chicken, roast duck, salmon, tofu, cold cuts — or the house special. Pick yours on the order page.
- Đồ chua
- Daikon and carrot, pickled in house. The sharp, sweet part that makes it a bánh mì.
- Fresh
- Cucumber spears and cilantro, cut the same day.
- Heat
- Fresh jalapeño. Ask for extra, or leave it off.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Both Seattle shops take online orders for pickup or delivery — choose either on the order page.
Is there vegetarian bánh mì?
Tofu bánh mì is on the menu at both shops, and you can ask for a sandwich built without pâté or mayo.
Do you cater?
Yes — bánh mì, noodle bowls and drinks for any size group, with no order minimum. Orders under $200 can be placed the same day; over $200, give us a day's notice. Order online, or call 206-422-5711.
Where do I park?
SoDo has eight free spots out front. Beacon Hill has a dedicated 5-minute spot for pickups, plus street parking nearby.
Which shop is closest to the stadiums?
SoDo, at 1911 1st Ave S — a couple of blocks from Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, and open later on game days.
Is this the shop on Rainier Ave?
Yes — the Beacon Hill shop is at 2101 S Grand Street, just off Rainier Ave S in North Beacon Hill. It was previously listed as Oh Yeah Banh Mi Rainier.
